An Expert Lecture on the Impact of the Maratha Quota Judgement on Reservation organized by Moot Court Society

Moot Court Society of the College has organized today an expert lecture analysing the impact of the Maratha Quota  Judgement on reservation. The speaker was  Adv. Hariraj Madhav Rajendran, a lawyer practicing service law in various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. The lecture described the judicial response to reservation since Independence and dwelt upon the significance of the Maratha Judgement in particular. There was an enthusiastic response from the student participants.
