The legal profession is a dynamic field, requiring a specialized set of skills. The syllabus centric approach of legal education, teaching through theories, providing knowledge has to be replaced by practical training. The traditional ways of teaching in legal education will be changed as lawyers are seen as ‘commercial engineers’ in the corporate-legal world. The new-gen add-on courses provide participatory learning in the curriculum and all training programs will help provide learners a competitive edge. These courses are important in enriching the course content of the Law education program of the College. It will enhance the knowledge skills of the profession for the students, varying according to the objectives of the course. These courses are planned and executed in collaboration with the premier institutions and industrial expertise of law, and certified jointly.
