Centre for Corporate Law

The Centre for Corporate Law aims to provide students with comprehensive exposure to corporate and business law, a broad legal field that governs business conduct, including contracts, company formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Through a series of lectures and experience-sharing sessions, the Centre enables students to gain practical insights into the functioning and application of corporate law in real-world scenarios. The Centre has also launched a 30-hour certificate course in collaboration with LiveLaw, designed to offer participants an extensive overview of various business laws commonly dealt with by corporate legal teams. This initiative serves as a valuable platform for aspiring legal professionals, helping them develop, shape, and strengthen their careers in the corporate legal sector.
